Back in April, Wash­ing­ton’s DC most-sought after inde­pend­ent emcee J Sci­en­ide released a thir­teen-track album called, “The Actu­al Heat.” Last week, Hot 97’s Peter Rosen­berg and Funk Mas­ter Flex sup­por­ted him by play­ing music from his album. Before that, he appeared on Statik Selektah’s show on Shade45 as a guest. Reviewed by IMPOSE Magazine and The Couch Ses­sions, The Actu­al Heat is mak­ing its way into the main­stream audi­ence since its inde­pend­ent release. J Sci­en­ide also exclus­ively shared the “Ghetto” video with Kev Brown on Ambro­sia For Heads.

“The Actu­al Heat” is out now through Offi­cial Crate Music Records, an inde­pend­ent label. Lim­ited vinyl of the acclaimed album will be avail­able soon.
