blackstreet1

Jazz Café London

March 25th, 26th and 27th

With a repertoire that boasts some of the most iconic anthems from the mid 90s r’n’b/neo soul crossover, we are delighted to welcome a group that helped define an era.

Following its release in 1996, Blackstreet’s sophomore album Another Level, featuring ‘No Diggity’ alongside Dr Dre, went four-times platinum and secured its place as one of r’n’b’s stone cold classics. Later collaborations with Janet Jackson, Ja-Rule and Eve have since cemented the New Yorkers’ place in hip-hop legend; while their recovery from difficulties and disputes along the way saw them reform in 2014.

Bringing a tight blend of funk, hip-hop and smooth r’n’b, we are delighted to welcome Blackstreet to our stage.

Opening the show will be Peckham based singer songwriter Chisara Agor
